Data we collect

When you fill in our quote request form, we collect your name, company, email, phone number and details of your event (type, date, number of guests, budget, preferred venue, message).

Purpose

This data is used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

Recipients

The Happhapp team (yo@happhapp.com) and, if you choose one of our partner venues, the address for that venue, managed by Happhapp.

Retention

Three years after our last exchange, after which the data is deleted.

Cookies and audience measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic, only if you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to yo@happhapp.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
